What is 'Tupaki.ttf' for?
'Tupaki' is a variable font created for movie subtitles, designed to fit different movie genres. Four axes were designated as representative genres favored by the public. Based on the Regular axis, users can fine-tune the genre they want to express.
What does the name mean?
Tupaki is named after the character Jobu Tupaki from the movie Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022). Like Jobu Tupaki, a multiversal character who exists in all worlds, this font is intended to be a “barrier-free font with a variety of impressions”.
